Carl Alan Sindlinger Sr.

Carl Alan Sindlinger Sr. of Wellsburg, NY, passed away on Sunday morning, July 15, 2018 at the age of 63. Carl was born on March 20, 1955 in Troy, PA, a son of the late Howard and Helen Cole Sindlinger. He was pre-deceased by his brother Eric. Carl is survived by his son, Carl (Mary) Sindlinger Jr.; grandchildren, MayAnna and CarLynn Sindlinger; long time companion Joyce Tillotson; siblings, Beverly (Ken) Ellis, Linda (Ray) Fischer, Mary (Steve) White, Myra (Glenn) Schaffer and Joni (Mike) Moskovitz; sister-in-law, Debra Sindlinger and several extended family members. He was employed by Simmons-Rockwell as an automotive technician for the last 10 years. The prior 30 years were also spent as a technician, therefore providing leadership and knowledge, to others, for over 40 years. Carl was a car enthusiast, a Second Amendment advocate, member of the Chemung County Rod and Gun Club, an extremely humorous co-worker, and a good friend to many people.
