Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the age of 38. She has born November 10, 1980 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia the daughter of Kimberly VonNeida. Casandra was a graduate of Horseheads High School in 2000 and was employed as a LPN at Elderwood in Waverly, NY. She served her country honorably with the US Army National Guard. Casandra is survived by her husband, Timothy Hosley; children, Desiree Pardy, Adreonna Pardy, Austin Hosley, Blake Hosley, and Xzander Hosley; mother, Kimberly VonNeida; sister, Josand (Collin) Campbell; nieces, Cheylee and Izabel; and several extended family members. A celebration of her life will be held at Newtown Battle Field, 2346 Co. Rt. 60, Elmira, NY 14901 on Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 1PM-4PM at the main pavilion.
