Age 89, of Horseheads, NY passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center after a brief illness. Kosh was born on February 27, 1923 in Scranton, PA, daughter of the late Ignatz and Sophia Lesinski. Kosh was predeceased by sisters, Pauline, Stella, Della, and Janet; brother, Kevin and Ignatz. She is survived by her loving sister, and best friend, Frances Decker, Mildred Guzek, and Anne Lesinski; niece, Jeanne (John) Longwell; nephew, William (Elizabeth) Decker, grand niece, Lisa (Thomas) Miller and grand nephew, Jeff (Kelly) Longwell; "great grandchildren", Oliver Miller and Jackson Longwell, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and all her Gardner Road friends. Kosh retired from the Horseheads Central School Dist. after 33 year. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She found much pleasure reading to her great niece and nephew. With her infectious smile it was easy for her to be loved by all. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira, NY on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at 1:30 PM with the Rev. Richard Farrell.
