Preceded in death by his son, Charles "Chucky" Jr.; brother, Robert Biddle and sister Mary Ellen Bradshaw. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lugene Strong Biddle; daughter, Tiffany Burns (Steve Barton) and her four children, Devon, Zoe, Brody and Zayden; son, Randy Biddle and his two daughters, Alyssa and Adriana and step-son Calvin; great grandchildren, Brayden, Braylynn, Brielle, Clementine and Taylor; sister Barbara Stermer; brother, Darwin (Sue) Biddle; son-in-law, Kyle Burns; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
