Cynthia D. "Cindy" Isaacs Obituary (1952 - 2016)

ISAACS, Cynthia D. "Cindy" Of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Wednesday morning, April 13, 2016 at the age of 63. Cindy was born on December 21, 1952 a daughter of Robert and Marlene Bush Clark. She worked in the Dept. of Education in both the Arnot Ogden Medical Center and with the Elmira Correctional Facility. A brick will be placed in Cindy's honor at the Elmira Correctional Facility for her dedication and many years of service. She is predeceased by her father, Robert. Cindy is survived by her son, Randy (Teresa) Isaacs of Girdletree, MD; three grandchildren, Logan, Kayla and Emily; mother, Marlene Peterson; sisters, Darlene Niver and Janice Thomas; brothers, Norman and Mike Clark and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of special friends. Cindy enjoyed volunteering with the Elmira Garden Club and attending live theatre. She mostly enjoyed her time spent with friends and family. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13 Horseheads, NY on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 2-5 PM with Funeral Services to follow. She will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
