Darrell N. "norm" Rodabaugh Obituary (1936 - 2010)

Passed away, Wednesday morning, April 28, 2010. He was born March 24, 1936 at home in the Town of Veteran, the eldest son of Darrell L. and Marion J. (Sherman) Rodabaugh. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Anne Waters; daughter, Terri (Fran) Johnson; son, Tim all of Horseheads; daughter, Toni (Bob) Loveless of Hickory, NC; grandchildren, Amanda (Brian) Powell of Elmira, Brian Loveless of Hickory, NC & Jessica (Chris) Starnes of Claremont, NC; great grandchildren, Anna Powell of Elmira, Logan & Megan Starnes of Claremont, NC; sisters, Eudine (Norman) Quinn of Roswell, GA, Sue (Gail) Malloy of Horseheads, Kay Orcutt of Elmira Heights; brother Mick (Ada) Rodabaugh of Horseheads; brother-in-law, Frank (Kay) Waters of San Diego, CA and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Norm worked for the Town of Veteran Highway Dept. for 30 years, was an avid gardener and enjoyed reading Western books. He was a member of Sullivanville United Methodist Church, Veteran Grange #1108 and Town of Veteran Historical Society. Special thanks to Drs. Riley & Becker and RN Megan at the Arnot Ogden Dialysis Center. It was Norm's wishes there be no services. Burial will be in Scotchtown Cemetery, Erin at the convenience of the family.
