David R. Howse

HOWSE, David R. Passed away on Saturday morning, July 23, 2016 at the age of 80. David was born on November 26, 1935 in Rockville Center Long Island, NY the son of the late Vernon and Mary Plumer Howse. He served his country honorably with the US Army and was later employed by Grumman Aerospace and Shepard Niles Crane & Hoist as a professional mechanical engineer. David is survived by his loving wife, Dolores Whitty Howse. They would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in December. He also leaves behind his children, Diana Karriker (Frank Prokop) of Endicott, NY, Peter (Debra) Howse of Oklahoma City, OK, Rachel (Don) Baer of Horseheads, NY, and David (Christine) Howse of Moore, OK; grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan, Justin, Mitchell, Derek, Kara, Brandon, Elyse, Kassandra, Connor and many extended family members. It was David's wishes to have private services at the convenience of the family. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the doctors and staff at Arnot Ogden Medical Center ICU and unit 4B for his excellent care.
