David James Wade

WADE, David James age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 7, 2015. David was born in Montour Falls, NY, on September 19, 1955, the seventh child of Clifford R. Wade and Margaret H. (Janowski) Wade. He was predeceased by his parents and sister Jane M. (Wade) Briggs. David is survived by his children, Shannon L. (Wade) Wilcox and husband Joel of Pine Valley, NY; Amy E. (Wade) Van Ness and husband Jonathan of Beaver Dams, NY; grandchildren, Amelia, Nolan, Eliza, and Marlena; brothers and sister, Terry (Martha) Wade of Burnt Hills, NY, Pamela (Kermit) Wade-Mercer of Brockport, NY, Timothy (Mary Jane) Wade of Horseheads, NY; brothers-in-law, Richard Briggs of Elmira, NY, Thomas (Wendy) Wade of Hector, NY, Daniel (Kathleen) Wade of Columbus, IN and many nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers at the Horseheads Intermediate School and many good friends. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6PM-8PM. A Memorial Service to celebrate David's life is currently being arranged and will be announced at a later date.
