Dylan Michael Vergason Obituary (1984 - 2016)

VERGASON, Dylan Michael of Erin, NY passed away Wednesday morning, March 2, 2016 at the age of 31. Dylan was born April 30, 1984 in Elmira NY, the son of Michael and Donna (Campbell) Vergason. He is pre-deceased by his father, Michael Vergason and grandfather, Everett Campbell. Dylan is survived by his mother, Donna Vergason of Erin, NY; sister, Autumn (Justin) Yee of Lakewood, CO; grandmother, Doris Campbell; grandparents Bud & Alice Vergason; aunts & uncles, Gary (Kathe) Vergason, Lee Vergason, Anne (Joe) Frisbee, Wes (JoAnn) Campbell; cousins Sarah Vergason, Nikki (Matt) Budinger, Aaron (Sarae) Vergason, Samuel Vergason, Katrina Campbell, Weston Campbell, and several nieces and nephews. Dylan worked a variety of jobs, and enjoyed being a cook the most. He spent time at Royal Court, Ruby Tuesdays, Manayunk Brew Pub and Tags, and was also a PVD coating technician at Vergason Technology. He loved traveling adventures and his smile and gentle demeanor touched many people around him. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St, at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 6- 8 PM. Dylan's Memorial Services will follow at 8PM with Pastor Mike Schooley. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to help the homeless to be made to Catholic Charities of Chemung/Schuyler, Attn: Development, 215 East Church Street, Elmira, New York 14901.
