TOMPKINS, Gerald E. of Horseheads, NY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Gerald was born March 11, 1945 in Corning, NY a son of Marshall and Pauline Riesbeck Tompkins. Jerry is pre-deceased by his mother, Pauline. He is survived by his children, Julie Tompkins and Kevin (Elizabeth Terry) Tompkins; father, Marshall Tompkins and friend and former wife, Sharon Woughter Tompkins; brother, Roger (Colleen) Tompkins; Aunt and Uncle Janice and Donald Temple and other extended family members.
