Formerly of Elmira, NY, age 79, passed away on April 18, 2024. Grover was born in Elmira, NY to the late Grover and Thelma Turner Seaman.

While he will be remembered as an incredible family man and he will also be remembered for his service with the U.S. Army from 1966-1968 in Vietnam and his careers with Hardinge, Westinghouse and later with the Veteran Administration in Lake City, FL.

Grover is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Ernestine Parsons Seaman; son, Timothy G. Seaman; daughter, Stefanie D. Seaman; son, Christopher R. Seaman; brother, Leo (Shirley) Seaman; sister, Deloris “Dodi” (Richard) Ladd; and several extended family members.

Family and friends are invited to Sullivan’s Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 10AM-12PM with his Funeral Service at 12PM.
