Passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at the age of 89. Harold was born in Elmira, NY, son to the late Harold and Dorothy (Brock) Manwaring Sr. Harold is also preceded in death by his wife Mary B. Manwaring, brother Ronald Manwaring and sister and brother-in-law, Joyce (Bob) Weiskopf.

He is survived by his children, Connie (John) Hartman of Indiana, Tim (Armine) Manwaring of Virginia, Jeff (Loretta) Manwaring of Elmira, NY, Scott (Darlene) Manwaring of Ohio, Mike (Cindy) Manwaring of Millport, NY and Kirt (Kim) Manwaring of Florida; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law Pat (Joe) MacDonald; sisters-in-law, Donna Manwaring and Ruth Melbie; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Harold will be lovingly remembered for the care and thoughtfulness of raising such a large family. He is already missed by all that knew and loved him. A special thank you to Dr. Pamula and team, Dr. Kahn, Dr. Novak, and Dr. Nsouli and the staff at 6 SW at Robert Packer Hospital for the care of Harold. Also a special thank you to the staff and residents of Elderwood Assisted Living at Waverly for the care, kindness and friendship throughout the years.
