Jean M. Troger (Miller) Obituary (1933 - 2014)

passed away on Wednesday January 8, 2014 in Horseheads, NY. Known for her ease of frequent conversation, sense of humor and generous personality, Jean was also a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling, laughter and joking will never be forgotten. Born February 3, 1933, Jean was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Cotton) Miller. She graduated Salutatorian from Southside High School and attended Syracuse University. She was predeceased by her husband Gottfried and brother, Paul Miller. Jean is survived by her children, Greg (Tanya) Troger of Tacoma, WA, Rick (Helen) Troger of Horseheads, NY, Paula Fodge (Cliff Olds) of Brockport, NY, Stacey (John) Eustace of Horseheads, NY and Lisa (FX) Brady of Horseheads, NY; grandchildren, Christopher, Stephen, Michael, Alissa, Sarah, Justin, Tess, and Stephanie; great grandchildren, Dalton and Aiden, several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. It was Jean's wishes that all services be held privately by her family.
