Judith S. Wittman (Smith) Obituary (1948 - 2021)

Judith Smith Wittman Big Flats, NY Passed away in the comfort of her home on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the age of 72 after an extended battle with cancer. She was born on August 14, 1948 in Elmira, NY, to the late Lee and Eileen Pratt Smith. Judy was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, and a loving sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, William L. Wittman; son, Derek (Sandi) Wittman and their daughters, Rachel and Rebekah; daughter, Shannah (Chris) Kamas and their children, Abbey, Emma and Cole; sister-in-law and best friend, Bonnie Smith; sister, Carol Senkiw; nieces, nephews and several extended family members. Besides her parents Judy is predeceased by her brothers, Lee "Snuffy" Smith and Leland Smith. She retired from Verizon after 28 years, which began at age 17. After retirement she worked at Sam's Club for several years. During her spare time she loved and cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren.
