Of Big Flats, NY, was called to Glory, surrounded by her loving family on Monday morning, March 1, 2010. Lucy was born January 23, 1930 in West Franklin, PA, daughter of the late Earl and Phoebe (Kelly) McIlwain. She was retired from JC Penney's at the Arnot Mall. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Ike, to whom she was married for 63 years. She is also predeceased by sisters, Jane and Bessie; brothers, Donald and Milton. Lucy is survived by her son, Alan (Tammy) Austin of Corning, NY; and daughter, Shirley (Thomas) Norquest of Bernville, PA; grandchildren, David (Kim) Norquest, Brooke (Keith) Wilson, Erin (David) Celej, Jennifer (Nick) Wenck, Cody, McKenzie, and Marybeth Austin; great-grandchildren, Caley, Aaliyah, Morgan, Schylar, Ethan, Lilly and Chloe; sisters, Carol, Phoenix, AZ, Lois, Liverpool, NY; brothers, Earl Jr., Clyde, NY, and Wayne, Ashland, NY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
