Lugene Biddle Obituary (1957 - 2023)

Lugene M. Biddle Lowman, New York Passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the age of 66. Lugene was born August 8, 1957 daughter of Norman and Eloise Strong. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Charles Biddle Sr; son Charles Biddle Jr; sister Bonnie Strong; and brother Michael Strong. She is survived by her children, Randall Biddle and Tiffany Burns, parents Norman and Eloise Strong; siblings Sally Cady of Horseheads, NY and Cindy (Bill) Freas of North Carolina, Ray (Julie) Strong of Horseheads, NY; lifelong friend Joanne Force and Herb Bowman; as well several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends. Lugene was a graduate of Horseheads High School and was the deli manager at Jubilee Foods in Horseheads, NY for many years. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, and cooking, but most of all she loved being with her friends and family. Especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She touched a lot of hearts over the years, and will be loved and greatly missed by many. The family welcomes your condolences at this time, but it was Lugene’s wishes that no funeral services would be held.
