Mary E. “Mimi” Lattin\nHorseheads, NY \n\nPassed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the age of 68. Mary was born October 29, 1954 in Elmira, NY, a daughter of the late Daniel V. Hennessy and Elizabeth Loos Hennessy.\n\nMary is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Lattin Bockus and husband, James Bockus of Erin, NY. Grandchildren, Lauren Russen, (Hailie Bockus); siblings Patricia Pisani of Baldwin City, KS; April Semel of Horseheads, NY; Daniel V. Hennessy Jr (Leanne) of Albuquerque, NM; Paul Hennessy of Melrose, NM; and Christopher Hennessy of Meridian, ID. She was the fun, generous and favorite aunt to nieces and nephews, Michael Pisani, Julie Pisani Fountain, Anne Semel and Beth Semel, Jessica Stoddard, Daniel Hennessy III, Jason Hennessy, Marcie Hennessy and Jonathan Hennessy. She also doted on thirteen great-nieces and nephews. \n\nMary attended Horseheads Central School District and worked for First National Bank and later M&T Bank. Eventually, she joined John G. Ullman & Associates as a Certified Paraplanner, retiring in 2019. She loved to garden, decorate, spending time with friends and neighbors, shopping and especially trips to Florida, Lancaster, New Mexico and family reunions all over the country. “Mimi” loved being a mother and grandmother most of all. \n\nThe family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan’s Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St., at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 2-4PM. \nService will follow at 4PM with Pastor Tom Davis. She will be laid to rest at the convenience of the family.
