Ralph G. Foster \nHorseheads, NY \n\nPassed away Saturday evening, March 12, 2022 at the age of 62. Ralph was born on August 22, 1959 in Elmira, NY, son of the late Dean and Margaret Wilson Foster. Besides his parents he is also predeceased by his sister, Margie "Sissy"Milstead. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Elizabeth Rakich Foster; siblings, Mark (Lana) Foster; Richard (Karen) Foster; Ronald (Dawn) Foster; Mary (Edward) Bacon; Ann (Doug) Houper and Jeffrey (Christine) Foster; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Stanley Milstead, Mylan Rakich, Anna Grandi, Steven (Kim) Rakich, Frank (Karen) Rakich, Brenda Zolkosky, Deborah Green, and Robert (Audrey) Rakich; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ralph was the owner and operator of Foster's Disposal Service in Elmira for the last 38 years. He was a very hard worker but enjoyed time spent with his wife on the weekends doing their "Sunday drives". The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 2PM-4PM with his Funeral Service to follow. He will be laid to rest at Maple Grove Cemetery on Monday at the convenience of the family. Ralph was very generous in supporting his local community organizations so please contribute in his name to a charity of one's choice.
