Sandra Lynne Peterson (Christensen) Obituary (1949 - 2021)

Sandra Lynne (Christensen) Peterson Sandi Peterson, 71 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Sandi was born on December 25, 1949 to Marion & Howard Christensen of Elmira Heights, NY. She was welcomed into heaven by her parents, her brother Jim Christensen, brother-in-law Chuck Peterson, sister-in-law Bonnie Schecter, sister-in-law Christine Peterson, and other family members and dear friends gone before her. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years, Robert Peterson Sr, three sons Robert Peterson Jr of Myrtle Beach, SC; Jeremy Peterson of Brockport, NY; Jeffery (Kimberly) Peterson of Horseheads, NY; beloved grandchildren Zachary, MaKenzie, Chloe, Skylar, Emma, Grace and Oliva Peterson; brother Howard Christensen; sisters Carol (Joe) Comfort and Cindy Christensen; sister-in-law Alice Peterson, brother-in-laws Sherman (Michalene) Peterson, Richard (Mary) Peterson, , Gerald Peterson, Steven (Paula) Peterson, David Schecter, and Kenneth Peterson; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13 on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
