Sharon June Lowmaster (Glidden) Obituary (1941 - 2018)

Sharon June (Glidden) Lowmaster Age 76 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018, with her loving family by her side. Sharon was born June 2, 1941, a daughter of the late Gerald and June Giggey Glidden. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her stepmother M. Elaine Glidden Mickle, husband J. Edward "Preach" Lowmaster and brother Stephen Glidden. She is survived by her children; son, Rev. Scott Edward and Lisa Lowmaster of Horseheads with their children Lauren Furjanic, her husband Joey, with son Maverick, Nathan Lowmaster, his wife Franceslyne with daughter Luna, Kalyssa Osgood, Levi and Arielle Lowmaster; daughter, Judy and husband Scott Tingley of Chattanooga, TN, with their children 1stLt Zachary Tingley, his wife Danielle, and Cassidy Tingley with son Aaron; brothers, Rodney Thompson and Douglas Glidden; nieces, nephews and cousins. After years in the evangelistic field, she and her husband Eddie were called to ministry in the Southern Tier region in the late 1950's and served as pastors at Glad Tidings Christian Life Church for 50+ years. Additionally, Sharon worked at the Chemung County Nursing Facility as a Nursing Supervisor. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life at the Journey Center, 116 Breesport Road, Horseheads, NY on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with her Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. and reception to follow.
