Thomas William Burr went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2024. Tom was born on September 24, 1935 in Corning, NY to the late John and Fayetta (Dacey) Burr. He was predeceased by his one brother John Burr.

Tom attended St. Bernards seminary in Rochester and was ordained at St. Mary's in Corning in 1961. Thomas served as a priest of the Diocese of Rochester for several years.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all of the souls of the faithful departed,  through the mercy of God, rest in peace.  Amen

Family will greet mourners at St. Joseph the Carpenter Church, Campbell, NY from 10AM-11AM on Friday, June 28, 2024. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Fr. Patrick Connor will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Corning, NY in his family plot.
